Developer Installments
Payment 1. Booking tax - 2000 €

Payment 2. During the next 60 days following the preliminary sale agreement or the first house pre-approval, the rest until 12, 5%.

Payment 3. During the maximum 8 months following the preliminary bilateral promise to sell, but not later than the moment the apartment is finished and received, the difference until 25%.

The rest of 85% of the money is paid in installments according to a bilateral agreement.
Credit Bank or First House Program
Mortage Credit
Payment 1. Booking tax - 2000 €

Payment 2. During the next 60 days following the preliminary sale agreement, the rest until 12, 5%.

Payment 3. During the maximum 8 months following the preliminary bilateral promise to sell, but not later than the moment the apartment is finished and received, the difference until 25%.

Payment 4. During maximum 60 days following the handing of the Land Book. The rest of 75% of the sum to be paid from credit bank.

First House Credit
Payment 1. Booking tax - 2000 € + VAT

Payment 2. During the next 60 days following the preliminary sale agreement or the first house credit pre-approval , the rest until 12, 5%.

Payment 3. During maximum 60 days following the handing of the Land Book, the rest of of the sum to be paid.
Own sources
Payment 1. Booking tax - 2000 €

Payment 2. During the next 60 days following the preliminary sale agreement, the rest until 12, 5%.

Payment 3. During the maximum 8 months following the preliminary bilateral promise to sell, but not later than the moment the apartment is finished and received, the difference until 25%.

Payment 4. During maximum 30 days following the delivery-receipt protocol for the apartment (the handing of the Land Book) the rest of the sum to be paid from own sources.
